General:
Provides direct support to customer reported issues reported primarily through email, WebSupport, phone and site visits.
Work with the support team to disseminate accurate technical information to all customers.
Performs test setups in office and duplication of customer reported issues based on information gathered from the customer and provides a Siebel case number to the customer.
Functions as the first line of support for a customer in determining whether GE Fanuc software is the source of a problem.
Troubleshoots and identify product problems for presentation to engineering for a resolution or disseminates appropriate information necessary to correct configuration issues.
Performs callbacks and case follow through as defined by the GE’s Case Management Procedures.
Works to keep all metrics within established targets.
