Proficy for Assembly Applications - Join GMS Webinar to Learn More

  • Are you being asked to provide systems for assembly applications?
  • Are you being asked to provide part birth history and genealogy of raw materials going into the assemblies, for complaint management or recall purposes?
  • Do you need an assembly error proofing system that guarantees the right subassembly for each assembly?
  • Do you need a real time build to order system that provides assemblies just in time JIT and In Sequence?
  • Do you need an easy to use BOM distribution and route control system?

If you answered YES to any of these questions,

then we can help.

Proficy  for Assembly by GE Fanuc

You are invited to join us for this free Webinar featuring Proficy for Assembly.   Proficy for Assembly is a set of shrink wrapped software tools that interface to your new or existing production equipment and provides:

  •  In Line Sequencing - of production with OEM broadcast of orders.
  • BOM Distribution - via paper travelers, build data is delivered to individual assembly stations.
  •  Error Proofing - ensures all proper steps are followed at each assembly station via displays and configurable workflow.  Part barcoding, Pick-to-Light,  integration with torque controls and material handling equipment.
  • Production Reporting - Pre-canned reports by line, station, step, and Takt time are provided along with adhoc report generation capabilities.
  • Product Birth History Certificates - contains full birth history containing key product and process parameters including details of each order, bill of materials, serial numbers of all components of the product, its process steps, and key parameters of the process.
  • Overall Equipment Efficiency - complete tracking of downtime, waste/scrap, and speed losses to get a complete realtime view of throughput.
  • Routing Control - provides the efficient routing of product for complex automated material handling environments through configurable weighted rules.
  •  Line Side Material Delivery - provides both a material push and pull system to deliver material to line side when required to control work in process inventories and efficiency utilize floor space.
