Many of the challenges in manufacturing derive from an inability to bring
clarity to strategy, connect a solid plan and then execute it. As result of an
unbalanced approach to business we are continuously bouncing against ceilings
of complexity.
For example, for an airplane to fly, physics teaches/tells us that four forces
must come into play - weight, lift, thrust and drag. In essence, there must be
balance to fly. For a business to break those ceiling of complexity (fly) you must
have balance - I call this the physics of business. You must have a solid plan that is balanced between
the four dimensions of business - Financial, Customer, Process and People. The plan must align with
your strategy and you must be able to successfully execute it. Join me and discover how GE Fanuc and
